What is it?
Is it a yoga program for runners or a running program for yogis? YES. YoGonnaRun is an 4-week program designed to get you outside and to get you moving. It is for all ages and all abilities. The goal is 30 minutes of sustained effort in the great outdoors with positive pack of people. Increase your stamina, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Tighten your core, loosen your muscles, and lighten your mood as you share in this awesome experience with like-minded people. There is no negativity in our aura! That’s why YoGonnaRun, and YoGonna Like It.
**Dates: Tuesday & Thursday 6AM morning
Tuesday & Thursdays classes include a 30-minute run at your own pace followed by a 30-minute studio yoga class focused on strengthening and stretching.
4 week Running & Yoga Program
How much is it?
Non-Members: $59 = 4 week program (8 classes)
Why do it? Maybe you want to be outside more. This will take you there. Reconnect with nature, and rediscover parts of yourself.
Maybe you’ve wanted to run but couldn’t get started. Now you have a firm start date.
Maybe you’ve already tried running and decided you’re not “built” for it. But we were born to run. All of us.
