MONDAY CHAIR YOGA offers a full body experience for beginners or those people who cannot stand, lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions, or for anyone who just wants a quick break from office work.
FRIDAY YOGA YOU CAN DO – This class is teaches gentle stretching and strengthening as well as focusing on balance, the breath and meditation. The participants will experience standing, forward folds, balancing, breath and meditation, kneeling, as well as seated, prone and supine floor work.
Classes by Theresa Novak (T Novak Spiritual Quest) – Theresa will help you get comfortable with Zoom, if needed.
Open to all but free for those 60 yrs. and older with pre-registration.
Open to all levels, these online, small-group Zoom sessions are casual and uplifting. Must have access to a computer or smartphone to connect.
