Forest Bathing (shinrin-yoku in Japanese) is the practice of simply immersing yourself in the forest. The allows you to unplug, slow down and connect with nature.
Come join Balance Yoga and Wellness for a guided morning walk in the forest followed by a short yoga practice. The class will meet at Frances Slocum State Park. Exact location and details will be sent upon registration.
