Experience the power and healing of yoga in the good energy of the greenhouse. These in-person, small-group sessions are casual and uplifting. Join The Greenhouse Project for Vinyasa Yoga Flow Wednesday nights at 5:30 pm, led by Heather Solimini. A $10 donation suggested and appreciated – with more or less also appreciated. Bring your mat and wear layers. The floor can be a little cool but the air can be quite warm when sun is out. We will, at times, move outside if weather permits.

Note: Allow ample time for parking. This is a Drop-In class.
