Relax by the water of the beautiful Frances Slocum State Park lake for an evening of Gentle Stretching and mindfulness. Ashley the owner of Buttinhead Farms has partnered with NAMI of Luzerne County to bring the community together for a great night of Relaxation. This class is absolutely for EVERYONE and Open to all. This is their 4th year bringing the event to the park and they’ve seen so many great friendships formed there. They meet in front of the education building and Kayak rentals. Class starts at 6pm on Tuesdays and please bring a towel or mat.
