– Arrive early! Parking is located across the street at Millenium Circle but it will typically fill every week. Consider biking or walking over if you are able.
– Bring water & arrive hydrated! It gets hot out there; even on more mild days.
– Wear sunscreen!
– Bring a yoga mat or beach towel to practice on. If you have a lightly used yoga mat that you are not using, please consider donating it to someone that might need it.
– Wear something you can move in. No fancy yoga pants required!
– If you are an experienced yogi, they ask that you refrain from practicing any “jump backs”, “inversions” or “arm balances”. They are practicing on concrete or grass and do not want anyone to get hurt! It can also be quite intimidating for beginners.
– Unfortunately, there is not access to any public bathrooms.
– Bring a friend, or your kid, or your parents… Everyone is welcome!
