On Friday, March 31st, The CAC/NEPA invites the community to join then in planting Pinwheels at the Lackawanna County Courthouse. Each pinwheel will represent a child victim of abuse or neglect that received services at the Children’s Advocacy Center of NEPA in 2022.

You can sponsor a pinwheel to be planted or purchase and display your own pinwheel garden at your home, school, or workplace as a reminder that every child deserves a happy, safe, healthy childhood.
