Intermediate Aerial Yoga Workshop – Fun with Flips!
In this 75-minute class, you will be introduced to a variety tricks involving flipping around the aerial hammock. Class will begin with a proper warm-up, including a few traditional aerial yoga poses, before moving onto the more adventurous poses.
This is an intermediate-level class and not suitable for beginners. Prerequisites for this class include having taken a minimum of 5 aerial yoga classes, the ability to invert safely and repeatedly without instruction, and a strong understanding of aerial yoga wraps and transitions. If you are unsure you meet the requirements, please contact the studio.
Space is limited to 6 participants. Please preregister to reserve your spot.
**This class will involve a significant amount of movement in the fabric. Please have backs of knees and underarms covered. Refrain from eating 90-minutes before class time.**
