Expand your salad and salad dressing repertoire!
Join personal chef Mark Hitzges and a panel of local chefs for a fun and informative workshop on classic and innovative home made salad dressings. Participants will prepare 3 unique dressings and taste them on three salads composed of greens and vegetables provided by Willow Wisp Organic Farm. Oils, eggs, vinaigrettes and other dressing ingredients will all be provided. Participants should bring along 3 small mason jars to take home their dressings.
