This gentle form of yoga is the perfect way to reduce tightness in the body, improve flexibility, mood, and strength. This class will explore adaptations of yoga poses using a chair for support. It is perfect for seniors, those with physical limitations, or anyone looking for a slow and gentle way to increase mind/body awareness and mobility.
