A lovely way to celebrate Christmas Eve or Christmas Day is to savor an elegantly festive Three-Course Dinner at Berrelli’s on the property of Camelback Resort. Guests start with Choice of Appetizer: Carpaccio of Heirloom Tomatoes, Seared Sea Scallops with chive cream and caviar or Smoked Duck Breast with asparagus salad, hazelnut vinaigrette and microgreens. For the Intermezzo, there’s Mango-Passionfruit. The Main Course selections are Pan Seared Halibut Fillet with accompaniments and chardonnay reduction; 16 oz. Rib Eye Steak with broccolini, charred lemon and fingerling potatoes or Eggplant Parmesan with marinara sauce. To further celebrate Christmas, the Dessert choice is Strawberry-Lemon Bar with Wild Berry Coulis or Caramel-Mocha Crème Brûlée.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Three-Course Dinner is $75 per adult (ages 13 and up), $25 per child (ages 12 and under). A wine flight can be added for guests ages 21 and up for an additional $39 charge.
