For the raw beginner. This 4 week program will include both discussion and asana (physical practice).
They will talk about proper class etiquette, what to wear, what to bring, and what to expect! Introduction to foundational asanas (poses), pranayama (breath work) and meditation/relaxation.
All are welcome!
Participants are granted access to an online video series reviewing the content from each session.
