The Blind Pig Kitchen brings the farm-to-table experience to the heart of Bloomsburg. This restaurant offers a rotating menu that uses seasonal ingredients from local farms.

All of their ingredients are produced using sustainable and natural methods, like organic vegetables and humanely-raised meats. Their gourmet dishes are good for the environment, not to mention healthy and nutritious for you too. You’ll taste the commitment to quality in every bite.

The Blind Pig offers dine-in only on Fridays and Saturdays at 6 p.m. for their prix fixe tasting menu. Reservations are required. Don’t forget to BYOB. They also offer family takeaway meals on Thursdays.

Menu Highlights

Although the menu changes every two weeks, the commitment to delicious, local, and organic food always remains the same. Menu staples include duck confit, vegetarian and vegan friendly socca, and wild caught sockeye salmon.
