Welcome Back, Sunshine!
Make the most of those unusually warm, early spring days.
We’re waving goodbye to winter. Sure, spring takes its sweet time warming up, but when those temps start to tick north of 40, we’ll be ready. We’ve spent an entire season dreaming of hikes on mountain trails and leisurely strolls through state parks.
All winter, we longed for the endless green of pristine golf courses. And we fantasized about our favorite fishing holes. Now, it’s all within our grasp. Go ahead and pack away those snow boots and shovels. We’ve got spring on the brain and no last-minute blizzards, or untimely Polar Vortexes are going to hold us back.
It’s time to get ready for baseball, brewery tours, and long Sunday bike rides. NEPA’s restaurants are changing their menus, while our favorite bars and pubs are dusting off their patio furniture. Longer, warmer days, soul-nourishing sunshine, dog walks, buzzing bees, chirping birds – bring it on.
You’re itching to get back outside. We know. That’s why we’ve rounded up some awesome things to do for those rare sunny, spring days in March.
