Festival Raises Money to Shred Blood Cancer
Skiers, snowboarders and supporters came to Montage Mountain to celebrate Carve 4 Cancer’s Winter Sports and Music Festival. This epic event helped raise money for blood cancer research and awareness.
This year’s festival was bigger than ever with a rail jam, banked slalom contest and tons of live bands. The fun continued off the slopes with an exclusive beer release, games, vendors and raffles.
The festival is the main event of the year for Carve 4 Cancer, a nonprofit that honors the legacy of Brent P. Evans. What started as a grassroots fundraiser has now become the Poconos’ premier freeride ski and snowboard festival. Check out the highlights here:
