Enjoy a little holiday nostalgia during the Endless Mountains Christmas. Make your way to the Scranton YMCA on Saturday for their festive drive-thru holiday event. Then, stroll through the beautiful grounds at Sugarloaf Golf Club’s walk-through Light the Night event.
Stay cozy at home and tune in for some virtual holiday fun. On Saturday, gather the whole family for some wild, interactive magic with the famed Justin Willman. Catch the Scranton Civic Ballet’s traditional rendition of The Nutcracker on WVIA TV on Sunday.
Keep the holiday spirit alive all weekend long at various drive-thru lights displays. Stone Hedge Golf Course in Tunkhannock illuminates the Endless Mountains with their Festival of Lights. The world-famous Knoebels Amusement Resort celebrates the season with their first annual Joy Through the Grove holiday lights extravaganza.
Swing by Scranton’s Nay Aug Park for their annual Holiday Lights Spectacular. Look for the Santa’s sleigh among the Forest of Lights at Tall Pines Players Club in Friendsville. Then, tune in to some classic Christmas music and make your way through Marywood University’s popular Light Up Campus display.

Enjoy a spectacular Christmas tradition that spans over 70 years at this festive celebration on Market Street in Berwick. Take in the holiday lights, trees, costumed characters, hot chocolate and more.
Magic for Humans at Home with Justin Willman
Saturday, December 19 at 6 p.m.
Settle in for an incredible evening of virtual magic and fun for the whole family with superstar magician, Justin Willman. Viewers can expect to interact with the magician throughout the collaborative, virtual experience.
Festival of Lights
Daily through December 31 at 5 p.m.
The Festival of Lights at Stone Hedge Golf Course in Tunkhannock is nothing short of Christmas magic. This massive drive-through light display is about 2.5 miles long. Snap some pictures in the photo op area or warm up at the socially distanced s’mores pits.
Holiday Lights Spectacular at Nay Aug Park
Daily through January 7 at 5 p.m.
Drive through Scranton’s Nay Aug Park for a stunning show of over 100 light displays. Visits from Santa, socially distanced hayrides and horse-drawn carriage rides will also be available on select dates. This event is free, although donations are accepted.
Light the Night at Sugarloaf
Weekends through December at 5 p.m.
Get in the holly jolly spirit at Sugarloaf Golf Club. Their first-ever walk-through holiday light display will make you feel like you’re in the North Pole. Stick around for seasonal food and drinks, s’mores and other family activities.
