One way the revered nonprofit organization plans to accomplish this is through the time, talent, and hard work of their various volunteer councils. Each Chamber council is dedicated to planning and supporting local, community-building initiatives. Along with the Chamber, the volunteer councils strive to bring our community together and strengthen the businesses that call our region home.

Volunteer councils provide an opportunity for local professionals to gain exposure within the business community. They encourage the development of lasting friendships and strong business relationships. Council meetings and events also serve as a source of valuable networking and business development opportunities.

Now’s the time to get in the game. As they kick off 2021, the Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber is looking for passionate, community-minded individuals. That means you! Join one of their six different volunteer councils. We’ve provided snapshots of each council below. Take a look and see if making a difference in the community is a right fit for you.
