Scranton Welcomes Broadway for Another Incredible Season


Catch classic shows at Scranton’s most iconic venue.

For some, seeing a real Broadway show is a bucket list item. For others, it’s a regular weekend adventure. Nevertheless, everyone should see a Broadway show at least once in their lifetime. Thanks to the good people at Broadway in Scranton, it’s never been easier. They’ve teamed up with some of the hottest shows to bring the Broadway theater experience directly to Scranton.

It’s never been easier to see it all, from riotous comedies and heartfelt coming of age tales to classic musicals and more. For 60 years, Broadway in Scranton has delivered popular pre and post Broadway tours to downtown Scranton. And along with those shows, they’ve also brought in quite a few recognizable names.

Every year, Broadway in Scranton compiles an exciting season of at least six must-see shows. The season runs from October through May, and features critically-acclaimed, and often Tony Award-winning plays. Start a new tradition this season. Scoring Tickets


Individual tickets for all of Broadway in Scranton’s performances are made available on specific release dates. Tickets may be purchased through Ticketmaster, through Broadway in Scranton by phone, or at the Scranton Cultural Center Box Office.

Group tickets are also available. With a deposit of $100 and a minimum of 10 guests, groups are welcome to reserve seats in advance of specified ticket release dates. Group tickets offer a discount of up to 10% on most of the season’s shows. Group tickets must be purchased by calling 570-342-7784.
