The Beloved Blues Festival Team and the Columbia-Montour Visitor’s Bureau are Bringing 4 big Shows to the Nescopeck Twp. Fire Hall.

For over 25 years, the Briggs Farm Blues Festival has drawn some of the country’s top Blues artists to its famous Nescopeck Twp. stages. The multi-day, live concert event welcomes close to 10,000 dedicated fans every July. And now, the team behind NEPA’s most popular music festival is looking to take on winter.

Briggs Farm Concerts, in conjunction with the Columbia-Montour Visitor’s Bureau and the Nescopeck Twp. Fire Hall will host the Fire House Concert Series. The monthly series runs from January through April. It will feature four “last Saturday” performances each month. The focus for the Briggs team is to bring the laid-back atmosphere that’s become synonymous with their summer festival to the often-weary late winter/early spring months. The series also allows the Briggs Festival team to showcase other musical genres, such as country and Americana. All performances will feature both national and regional artists.

“The Fire House Concert Series is an exciting start to the 2022 live music presentation!” states president Richard Briggs. “We’re really looking forward to showcasing a group of exceptional musicians, all hand- picked by the team here at Briggs Farm.”

The Fire House Concert Series kicks off on Saturday, January 29 with perennial festival favorite The National Reserve. The three remaining performances are scheduled for the last Saturdays of February, March and April. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, including craft beer by Berwick Brewing Company. All food sales benefit the Nescopeck Twp. Volunteer Fire Company.

Visit Briggs Farm for ticket sales and additional information.
