Lynn Conrad is Executive Director of the Rail-Trail Council of Northeastern Pennsylvania, a nonprofit that is developing recreational trails in the area, such as the D&H Rail-Trail. She has an M.A. in Science Education from the State University at Binghamton, New York. She has taught high school sciences and has administered a community forestry program. She enjoys biking, skiing and gardening.
