Phil has earned victories on triathlons, cyclocross and mountain biking, but his real passions are in road and track (velodrome) racing. Phil raced internationally as a professional cyclist in the late ‘90s and is a former PA State Criterium champion and PA Point Series champion. He is currently the president of the local cycling club NEPA Velo.
