Justin Topa is the Community Engagement Manager for the Lackawanna Heritage Valley National and State Heritage Area, the entity responsible for developing and maintaining the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail. When Topa isn’t in the office or along the trail, he’s usually spending quality time with his two dogs or exploring all of the many shops and sites our region has to offer.
