Janet Sweeney is a Vice President at the Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC), where she has been for 16 years, based out of their Northeastern Pennsylvania office. She has a M.S. in Planning and Regional Development from the University of Arizona. Her career spans the public, private and nonprofit sectors. She enjoys hiking, biking and kayaking.
