20 Can’t Miss Events in May 2021

Look Out this May for Live Music, Trivia Nights, Block Parties, Wine Festivals and More

Well, it’s May – or, as we know it around these parts, the second month of a typical 8-month NEPA summer. We can’t help it. That’s just how we roll. As long as the sky is blue, the sun is shining, and it’s a hair over 40 degrees, we’re calling it summer.

At this point, we’ve warmed up just enough to start taking on that whitewater. We’re loading up the camping gear for cool nights under the stars. And with a warmer breeze at our backs, we’re pushing those weekend hikes just a little further. Let’s get that old bike tuned up and ready for the trails. All over NEPA, there are golf courses, scenic state parks, secret fishing spots and plenty of incredible historical sites calling our name.

It’s about time we started checking off that list of things to do. We’ve got a full summer ahead of us. Make room in your schedule for day trip adventures, dining out on the deck, morning farmers’ market excursions, brewery stops and lazy Sunday mornings sippin’ lattes at the corner café.

Look out for safe, socially-distant fun on our comprehensive events page. And find all your “so-close-to-summer” fun on this convenient can’t miss list.
